We don't like Amazon because they don't pay us on time and they bully us around on our prices. What makes this different?

This is a concern we hear all the time from brands who have a history of selling to Amazon as a retailer. As a brand owner, you don’t need to sell to Amazon to sell ON Amazon.

In fact, Amazon would prefer you sell directly to their customers because they don’t need to manage those product offerings themselves. That’s the beauty of Amazons marketplace because they have over 112 million (and growing) Amazon prime members who are buying products on their almost daily.

All you need to do is be the person selling the products to the end consumer, and this is where we can help you do this.

We take MAP seriously and have invested heavily into our ability to manage it for you. Our technology allows us to monitor each and every one of the sellers in our network. That includes monitoring the prices at which they are selling your products.

If we find any of our selling network to be in violation of MAP we will first warn them, and if they continue to violate the MAP we will remove their ability to purchase your brands products.

How do we ensure unauthorized sellers aren't allowed to sell our products on Amazon?

We know the Amazon platform as well as anyone in the world as we’ve been sellers on the platform. We can help you get your brand registered and put behind a gate in order to eliminate unauthorized sellers from even being able to sell your products unless they get permission from you or buy through an Authorized distributor of your products.

We will help you manage this entire process and if we’re able to be an exclusive distributor on the Amazon marketplace, it will be near impossible for unauthorized sellers to gain access to be able to sell your brands products.

Where is your warehouse located?

We are located in Jacksonville, Florida right off the I95 interstate exit.

Our warehouse is setup to receive your shipments, and prepare them to have them sent into the Amazon fulfillment network who in turn handles the fulfillment to the end customer.

If you choose to work with us as a direct to consumer partner we will handle everything including getting your brand registered, building out your storefront, optimizing your images, optimizing your titles, and descriptions. Additionally when we optimize your listings we can also help in managing pay per click campaigns in order to help drive sales to your newly optimized products.

What kind of marketing support do you offer?

What is your company background?

We started as sellers on the Amazon marketplace in 2013 using brick and mortar retailers as our fulfillment system.

Through the years we have invested heavily into our technology in order to first get better relationships established with brands. Through our technology we have a one of a kind process to identify hot selling products in just about any niche you can imagine.

Beyond the technology, our team has over 100 years of combined experience and are experts at the policies and how to maintain healthy account metrics on the platform. At this point there really isn’t much of anything we haven’t seen on Amazon and know we will make an excellent partner for you whether it’s by us running your store for you or by us serving as a distribution partner.

Is your company responsive to client issues?

We continually provide consistent and reliable fulfillment services, which are built on our client-focused account management. Under this framework, every account is assigned a dedicated account service team, which consist of a minimum of two people.

Every team is led by a Program Manager who serves as the primary liaison between Ecom Solutions and the client program coordinator. In addition, each team is also supported by the entire Ecom Solutions organization. This allows every project to be efficiently managed by a Program Manager, but overseen and processed by our support teams and ensures reliable and responsive service
